Paddle billing & refunds

For a purchase processed by Paddle, use the email on your receipt to request help with payments, receipts, subscription cancellation or refunds. Oltiva Ltd adopts Paddle’s standard Refund Policy, without limiting applicable UK consumer rights. You can cancel your £29/month subscription at any time using the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting Paddle. Do not share your password or full card details.
