Oltiva policies

Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of Oltiva’s property investment analysis and investor-matching software.

1. Who provides Oltiva

The service provider and party you contract with for use of the software is Oltiva Ltd, trading as Oltiva, registered in England and Wales. Registered business address: 25 Pendre Crescent, Llanharan, Pontyclun, CF72 9PP, United Kingdom. Company number: 17443462. Contact us at Oltivasup@outlook.com or see Contact & support.

2. Agreement and your account

By using or continuing to use Oltiva, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Service and permitted use

Oltiva provides tools to record and assess property opportunities, calculate indicative figures and compare investment criteria. Your access depends on your account permissions and membership or complimentary entitlement. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software is granted while your access remains valid.

You must not use Oltiva unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to interfere with security. This includes malware, unauthorised probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits, reverse engineering or unauthorised resale of the service.

4. Ownership and information you provide

The service provider retains ownership of Oltiva’s software, documentation, branding and other service intellectual property. You retain rights in information you submit and must have permission to provide it. You grant the provider permission to host and process that information only as needed to operate the service. Suspected infringement can be reported using our contact page.

5. Estimates, availability and responsibility

Property data may include demo records or user-entered information. Calculations depend on inputs and assumptions and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Oltiva does not provide financial, investment, mortgage, legal or tax advice or recommendations to buy or sell. Verify information independently and seek qualified advice. Investment decisions and due diligence remain your responsibility; no return is guaranteed.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance and technical failures may affect availability. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. UK consumers retain applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content or services and applicable statutory cancellation rights. Accepting these terms alone does not waive those rights.

6. Membership, billing and Paddle

Oltiva Membership is £29 per month in GBP and renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; ordinary cancellation leaves access available until the end of the current paid billing period. Any applicable tax and the amount payable are shown at checkout. See the Subscription & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Oltiva adopts Paddle’s standard Refund Policy, as linked in our Refund Policy. These pages do not mean live payments are already approved.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Cancellation of a paid membership normally leaves access available until the end of the paid billing period. You can close your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing Oltivasup@outlook.com; cancel any active subscription first. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

8. Changes, law and contact

Material changes to these terms or future pricing will be communicated before taking effect where required by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, without restricting any mandatory rights consumers have to bring proceedings in other competent courts or rely on protections under the law of their place of residence. For account, billing or rights questions, visit Contact & support.
